Cancellation Policy
There will be a 60% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 12hrs of the scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. After 3 no-shows you will be banned from booking. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your appointment for later date. A new deposit will be required for the rescheduled appointment.
